Minnie 4 Ziggy
Ziggy is a rescue cat
Minnie is a new human
Minnie has quivered with delight at Ziggy
from the first time she could focus her eyes
And Ziggy, street-fighting cat that she is
with chunks ripped from her ears,
Never never unsheaths her claws to Minnie
And Minnie, to her credit
never grabs or squeezes
But mostly always
quivers
with delight
just to be near this awesome beast
