I sent for the Duirwaigh* boook and DVD (*Gaelic means doorway and pronounced exactly: 'doorway'). I got it for my sister-in-law who is living through the most challenging health crisis of her life. The book arrived. It's every bit as magical as the DVD online (see my Nov. 2nd blog - 4 back from this one), a small padded square book, not much bigger than the DVD. It's totally perfect. And on the very back page, printed as though it's an old typewritten letter slipped in the back, there is a poem:
"Between the worlds of right and wrong
Inside the Duirwaigh* wood
We beckon weary passers-by
"Forsake the world of 'should'!"
Rekindle long lost hopes and dreams
Refuse the ordinary
Engage your heart in matters light
Entice extraordinary
Remember how to love unleashed
Remember why you're here!
Not just today or holidays
Remember through the year!
